[MantaReport] Sunday, 8-24-14, Two Mantas at Garden Eel Cove

Sunday, 8-24-14, Two Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
On the afternoon dive I saw Wli several times.  
On the night dive the plankton was very weak everywhere. We had Eli and later Tim as well.  They fed a little when they  found plankton. 
Twelve boats.
