[MantaReport] Friday, January 31, 2014, nineteen mantas at garden eel cove

Friday, January 31, 2014, nineteen mantas at garden eel cove. 
Saw Boo Boo and Grayer getting cleaned near the middle moorings.  The snorkelers saw 4 mantas feeding on the surface sour of the sour moorings out in deep water. 
On the night dive I saw ten females. Koie, Lefty, Vallaray, Mango, Melaineh, Vicky, Peg, Boo Boo, Delany and Shirley Nine males were Sugar, Grayer, Tim, Ho Ray, Eli, Kegan, Mike, Vinny and Kai-Zed. 
They fed on abundant plankton that included what looked like tiny baby fish and .25 long and clear.  
No swell.  Great conditions 
Boats. Jack's x 2. Big Isle x 3, Kona Honu, Neptune Charlie's, Kamanu, Wicked Wahine, Splashers, Lobo del Mar, Kona Ocean Adventures,
