[MantaReport] Manta Report for 6/25/14

Crazy night at Keahou! Captain Allison and I counted at least 23 boats, 
with 2 more on the way. Plankton was super strong up shallow (4?).

ID'd at least 14 mantas:
Females: Big Bertha, Koie, Vicky, Vallaray, Lefty, Peg, Melainah, Mango, 
with sightings from another instructor of Jana, Lee and Amanda.
Males: Doug (I think, it was a quick look), Ralph's and Jordan.
