Friday , 3-14-14, Eighteen Mantas @ Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw 11 mantas on the afternoon dive including Koie Peg Vicky Vallaray Eli Ripple Mike Curly Timbuktu Grayer and Ho. 
On the night dive I saw Mango Lefty Lisa Scar Ottis Cousteau Jordan  Koie Peg Vicky Vallaray Eli Ripple Mike Curly Timbuktu Grayer Peg.  
Plankton was a 2. 
About 15 boats.  Jack's x 2, Big Isle x 3, Kona Honu,  Kamanu,  Neptune Charlie's,  Miss Mojo,  Sunlight on Water, KDC,  Splashers, Wicked Wahine,  Coral Sea Adventures, Bite Me.
