Thursday 5-1-14, Four Mantas at Garden Eel Cove.
I saw 2 mantas on the afternoon dive.  Kobe cruising over the sand and Eli feeding on the surface.  
On the night dive plankton was slow to gather at the circle but eventually reached a 2. 
I saw Koie Eli Rusty and Sugar. 
Twelve boats. Jacks x 2. KOA Big Isle. Kamanu. Kona Honu. Bite Me. Splashers. Kona Nai'a. Coral Reef Adventures. Mana Mauna.  
Aprox 30 scuba and 75 snarks.
