[MantaReport] 10 mantas on Thursday the 16th at GEC

This report is from Thursday the 16th. Sorry for the delay. Don't think anyone was out Friday or Saturday.

I counted 3 female mantas:
Lefty, Mango, and Lisa
7 males:
Jordan, Tim, Timbuktu, Nick, Blain, Grayer and Orion.

80 snorkelers and maybe 50 divers.
Conditions were really nice.
Plankton at about 2.5 on the surface and it looked like maybe a little less on the bottom by the campfire. Everyone moved to the shallow sand patch.
At least 17 Boats: KDC, BID X 3, KOA, KHD, Jack's X2, Wahine, Coral Reef, Splashers, Kona Nai'a, Hang Loose, Kamanu, Sun Light, Neptune, and one BF boat that was live boating between the snorkelers above the shallow sand patch and the shoreline. Maybe a few more boats didn't make a list last night.
