Monday December 14, 2015. Fourteen Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove. 
Saw 7 mantas on the afternoon including Koie Tim Orion Blain Eli KaiZed. 
On the night dive I saw Koie Kailey Vallaray Akari? Tim Orion Blain Keniki Sugar Nick Tanquaray Reagan.   
Plankton reached a 2 at the lights. 
14 Boats. Jack's x 2 Big Isle x 2. Kona Honu. Splashers. Wicked Wahine. Hawaii Oceanic. Neptune Charlies. Coral Reef Adventures,  Kona Naiia. Kamanu. Hang Loose. KOA.
