Sunday, December 13, 2015,  Three Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Tim on the afternoon dive. 
On the night dive I saw Koie and Orion.  Possibly one more. Koie was doing that "coasting" behavior where she's not feeding just kind of furling her cephalic fins. Plankton was really weak.  The mantas didn't stick around. 
Not too many boat, Big Isle x 3. Jack's, Kamanu, Coral Reef Adventures, Wicked Wahine, Kona Ocean Adventures, Splashers. Maybe a couple more.
