Sunday 2-15-15. Two Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw 2 male mantas, Orion and Tim 
Plankton was a 1.  There may have been more. Our snorkel guide said he saw a small manta with the very tip of the cephalic fin damaged slightly damaged.  
Sand was a 3.  We used deep circle as the surf was big. Nine boats. Jack's x 3, Coral Reef Adventures. Kamanu. Kona Naiia. Wicked Wahine. Sunlight on Water. Kona Ocean Adventures. 
Did I miss any?
