Sunday 2-22-15. 3 Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw 2 males and  1 female. 
 Males =   Ralph's. Eli. 
Female = Koie. 
Plankton was a 2. We used deep circle as the surf was still slightly large. 
Fourteen boats. Jack's.  Big Isle x 3. Neptune Charlie's. Coral Reef Adventures. Kamanu. Splashers. Wicked Wahine. Hang Loose. Kona Ocean Adventures.  Aggressor. Bite Me. Splashers.
