Sunday, July 19, 2015, Two Mantas & One Monk Seal @ Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Koie and one other manta on afternoon dive.  The Monk seal was there as well.  
On the night dive we had Koie and Orion at the light circle feeding on level 2 plankton.  
Eight boats. Jack's, Big Isle x 3, Aggressor, KHD, Coral Reef, Mojo.
