Monday July 20,  2015, Two Mantas & One Monk Seal @ Garden Eel Cove. 
One Monk seal but no mantas on afternoon dive. 
On the night dive we had Koie and one more smaller manta. .5 plankton at the lights, 1+ over the reef.  Just fly byes at lights circle. 
Eleven boats. Jack's x 2.  Big Isle x 3, Wicked W. Ocean Encounters. KHD, Coral Reef, Mauna Nui Loa. Neptune Charlies. 
I'm told fly byes and current at Keauhou.
