Friday February 12. 2016, Ten Mantas at Garden Eel Cove.  
I saw Eli on the afternoon dive. 
On night dive I saw 10 Manta Rays. 
4 females Koie Vicky. Linda and Lefty. 6 males Ralph's. Tanquaray. Tim. Orion. Eli and Sugar who was chasing Vicky Koie and Lefty. Did I miss any?
Plankton was a 3 at shallow circle. 
15 Boats, Jacks x 2 Big Isle x 2. Neptune Charlies. Hawaii Oceanic. Kamanu. Kona Dive Co. Kona Naiia. Splashers. Kona Honu. Sunlight on Water.  Coral Reef Adventures. Wicked Wahine. Kona Ocean Adventures.
