Monday July 18,  2016   Seven Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw 4 females and 3 males 
Female were Sparrow Bertha Jana Renata. Three Males Grayer, Eli and a baby male I didn't recognize. 
Plankton was 2 at the circle but thicker in the shallows inside of middle mooring. 
Twenty Boats.
