Sunday,July 17, 2016   Seven Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw 4 females and 3 males 
Females Linda Amanda Vicky and possibly Gaby. Three Males. Jordan.  Tanquray and Captain Mike. 
Plankton was variable ranging between 1 and 4 at the light circle. 
Giant north wind made for challenging surface conditions. Only Seven boats. Big Isle. Jacks x 2. KHD. CRA. Hawaii Oceanic. Splashers.
