Sunday November 27, 2016, Sparse Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. On afternoon dive I had three manta sightings but not close enough to get IDs. 
I didn't see any mantas on night dive though the divers and snorkelers that got in early indicated a couple fly byes. 
The plankton was about zero at lights.
