Monday November 28, 2016, Four Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. On afternoon dive I saw 4 mantas at once including Koie Reagan and KaiZed.  
On night dive I saw Darth-Ray-Dar and KaiZed. 
We also had 4 bottlenose dolphins. 
The plankton was about 1 or 2 at light circle. 
10 boats. JDL x 2. SOW. BID x 3.  Kamanu KHD. KDC HL
