Monday, October 24, 2016 Eight Mantas at Garden Eel Cove.  
On afternoon dive I saw Eli and Ralph's. 
On night dive I saw Koie, Winona Conae Amanda Gaby Eli Ralph's and Nick.  Probably more there but plankton was weak at lights so they just sort of coasted past. 
Thirteen boats.  JDL x 2.  BID x 2.  Kamanu x 2. Splashers. KHD KDC Hi Oceanic Bite Me. KOA Kamanu x 2.
