Sunday, September 18, 2016, Two Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
Saw manta twice on afternoon dive but couldn't see spots for ID.  Had a white tip reef shark swimming around too.  No monk seal though. 
On night dive I saw Winona and Hans. She was feeding on weak level 1 plankton at the light.  He was coasting.  The show didn't last very long. 
Nine Boats. Kona Aggressor. Jack's KHD. Big Isle x 3. Neptune Charlies.  KOA. Wicked Wahine.
