Monday, September 19, 2016, Four Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
We saw Ralph's on the afternoon dive.  
On night dive we had mantas at the light circle shortly after sunset.  I saw Psalm, Winona, Ralph's and Jordan. 
Plankton reached at 2+. 
Boats.  Jack's. Big Isle x 2. KDC. Neptune Charlies and one more, possibly Ocean Spirit.
