Friday September 23, 2016, Two Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
No mantas on afternoon dive. 
On night dive I saw Winona and Orion.  Plankton was weak at the lights.   Snorks reported thicker plankton in shallow sand patch. 
Twelve boats. Jack's x 3.  Big Isle x 3. KOA. KDC. Neptune Charlie's.  Kamanu. Hawaii Oceanic. Ocean Encounters.
