Sunday, April 9, 2017, Five Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw four Mantas at once on afternoon dive.  
On night dive I got in uber late and only saw Vicky Shirley Peg Amanda andTimbuktu. 
Plankton was weak at the lights. 
Sixteenish boats. JDL x 2. BID x 2.  Kamanu x 2. Hi Oceanic. KHD. SOW KOA Neptune's Manta Ray Diving Kona EcoAdventures of Hawaii (Seth's boat) WW. Bite Me. Kona Aggressor. I missed some.
