[MantaReport] Monday April 24, 2017, Eleven Mantas at Garden Eel Cove.

Monday April 24, 2017, Eleven Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw five males and five females and one missing right wing tip but never saw abdomen. 
Females were Cara Vallaray Renata Kailey and Amanda.  Males were Sugar Grayer Jordan Nick and Mike.  
Plankton was a 3+. 
About 15 boats including JDL x 2. BID x 3. KHD KDC WW SOW NS Pac Rim HL Neptune Seth's Kamanu.
