Sunday, September 10, 2027, One Manta at Garden Eel Cove
Super clear water on afternoon dive.  No mantas. 
On night dive had Winona swimming around but not feeding as there was just about zero plankton.  Finally, very late in the dive enough plankton accumulated that she did a few flips.
