Friday September 8, 2017, One Manta & Zero Plankton at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Koie on afternoon dive. 
On night dive there was zero plankton and she made a few passes by lights circle and a few flips below the boards but no feeding. 
Ten boats BID x 3. JDL x 2. KDC. Neptune Seth's. CRA. Aloha Kona and one more I think. 
How was Keauhou?
