[MantaReport] Monday 12-3-18, Four Manta at Garden Eel Cove.

Monday 12-3-18, Four Manta at Garden Eel Cove.  
On afternoon dive I saw Mighty Q, Eli and Lisa. I surfaced after sunset but I think there about 15 boats. 
On the night dive Nick joined the other 3 for a total of 4.  Plankton was a 1 or 2 at the light circle.
