Monday November 19, 2018, Four Mantas at Harden Eel Cove. 
I saw Ralph’s multiple times on afternoon dive. Got in kinda late and saw three Mantas at circle including Ralph’s Koie Akari and   Eli.  I’m pretty sure there were more.  
Plankton was weak and dispersed.  
At least 18 boats including BID x 3.  KHD x 2. JDL x 2. KOA NC WHOA OE SOW KDC. KHD. Kamanu. NS.
