Friday November 23, 2018, Nineteen Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw five on afternoon dive. Lisa, Amanda, Mighty Q, Nick and Leon. 
On night they were joined by Lee Koie Vicky Gaby Akari Grayer Keniki Sugar Vinny Timbuktu Regan KaiZed Curly and Eli. 
Plankton was ok. A strong 2 or weak 3. 
No surf or current.  Really nice. 
About 20 boats. Several made two trip.
