Sunday January 6, 2019, Five Manta Rays @ Garden Eel Cove. 
No mantas on afternoon dive.  On night dive we saw Koie, Eli, Gaby, Leon and Mighty Q.  
Plankton was a 2. 
17 boats.  BID x 3.  NC x 2.  KHD JDL KDC KA CRA HO Kamanu x 2 KOA and several more.  
Eli did some really cool coasting behavior above the lights.  Just slowly cruising above lights while furling and unfurling his cephalon fins.
