Friday January 11, 2019, Four Mantas at Keauhou and One Manta at Garden Eel Cove
Garden Eels had Amanda show up late to feed on weak plankton at the shallow circle.  Eleven boats including MH OE KDC KHD NC PR OS JDL x 2. BID x 2. 
I’m told they had Four mantas on early trip to Keauhou and one on late trip.
