Sunday 1-5-20, Zero Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. Plankton was barely a 1 at the lights. About 30 boats. Super clear water. Great visibility. I’m told there we a few mantas inside Keauhou Bay in 6 feet of water. Good luck Monday Keller
