Sunday July 18, 2021  Nineteen Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Koie, Vicky, Bertha, Amanda, Cara, Emma, Queenie, Gaby, Mighty Q, Re-Nata, LouLou, Akari, Timbuktu, Scar, Lafferty, Grayer,  Leon, Darth-Ray-Dar, and Keon.  
Plankton was a 4 and there was schooling herring everywhere.  Some of the mantas were doing very fast tight somersaults like they were trying to feed on the herring.  
Counted 25 boats w many making multiple trips.
