Monday 7-19-21, Twelve Mantas at Garden Eel Cove.  
I saw Koie, Lisa, Vallaray, Jana, Gaby, Queenie, Mighty Q, LouLou, Grayer, Shea, Leon and Lafferty. 
Plankton was solid 3. 
We counted 24 boats w many making multiple trips. 
On afternoon dive saw several young mantas bottom feeding in the sand.
