Sunday March 31, 2024, Fourteen Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove.   
I saw Gaby, Chloe, Akari, Emma, Gita, Ryan, Leon, Lightning, Ho Ray, Timbuktu, Sandy, McBoom Jordan and Regan feeding on level 3 plankton.  14 boats on early and 4 on late.  
Also had about a dozen bottlenose dolphins off and on throughout the night dive.  
No monk seals.
