Monday 4-8-24, Eight Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove at Makako Bay. 
I saw Gita, Mighty Q, Jolene, Nick, Ho, Shea and McBoom feeding on level 3 plankton.  
Fourteen boats on early and two on late.
