I saw Mighty Q, Quarentina, Tim, Koie, Jolene, Leon, Grayer, Captain Mike, McBoom and Alexia at the light circle. The plan was very weak. 
The south inside mooring is compromised. You need to put the line through the chain on the bottom of the ball now.
