[MantaReport] Sunday 1-11-26, One Manta Ray at Garden Eel Cove.

Sunday 1-11-26, One Manta Ray at Garden Eel Cove. 
We had Tim feeding on weak plankton at the deep circle.  Water was turbid and snorkels on surface didn’t see the manta.  
I’m told experience was similar at Keauhou except that snorks could see the manta down below.
