[MantaReport] GEC 5/27/15

[Dive]

Heard rumor that there were about 8 mantas waaaaaay north. The Campfire 
was VERY slow to start, with only 4 mantas flying by:
Koie, Linda, Lefty and Tim. Plankton would not seem to build up at the 
campfire. :-/
